This policy explains what Pakpal ChaiPatti collects when you use pakpalchaipatti.com, why we need it, and who we share it with. We only collect what we need to deliver your orders and answer your messages.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city, and what you ordered.
- When you sign in: your email address, and any profile details and saved addresses you add to your account. Orders placed with the same email are shown in your account.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and message.
We don't take card details. All orders are paid in cash on delivery.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
- To call you if we need to confirm an order or a delivery.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and stop automated abuse.
We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that run the shop for us:
- Courier partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
Cookies and storage
We use a cookie to remember your cart, and your browser keeps your sign-in session while you're signed in. Both are needed for the shop to work. Carts that aren't used for 30 days are deleted.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for our accounts and to handle any later questions about an order. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing pakpalchaipatti@gmail.com. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
