Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms apply when you use pakpalchaipatti.com or place an order with Pakpal ChaiPatti. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed. Product photos are for illustration; packaging can change between batches.

Orders

After you place an order, we email you a confirmation with your order number. We may call you to confirm it before it ships. We can cancel an order, and tell you why, if an item is no longer available, if we can't reach you to confirm it, or if it looks fraudulent.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery: you pay the courier the order total, including the delivery fee, when the parcel arrives.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times, fees, cancellations and what to do about a damaged or wrong item are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that email address secure. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. We can suspend an account that's used to abuse the shop.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by placing orders you don't intend to accept, sending automated requests, or trying to get around its security. The site's content, logo and photos belong to Pakpal ChaiPatti and can't be reused without our permission.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order. Questions? Email pakpalchaipatti@gmail.com or use the contact page.
