Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days of being confirmed. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery costs Rs 200 per order. Orders of Rs 2,500 or more are delivered free. The delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

When your parcel leaves us, we email you the courier's name and tracking number.

Cash on delivery

All orders are cash on delivery. Please pay the courier the order total shown in your confirmation email when the parcel arrives.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships. Email us at pakpalchaipatti@gmail.com or use the contact page with your order number. Once a parcel has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or wrong items

Tea is a food product, so we can't take back opened packs or items returned for a change of mind. If something is wrong with your order, we'll put it right:

• Damaged, leaking or expired packs
• A wrong or missing item

Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing pakpalchaipatti@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the item. Please keep the item and its packaging until we've replied.

Replacements and refunds

Once we've confirmed the problem, we send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, for example when the item is out of stock, we refund what you paid for it by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Refused deliveries

If a parcel is refused at the door without a reason we've agreed, we may stop offering cash on delivery on future orders to that phone number or address.
